What to Expect
Scheduling & Service Windows
Seasonal services included in the membership are scheduled within service windows, weather permitting. Plus and Elite memberships are automatically scheduled, and a pre-season email is sent with upcoming season expectations. You will receive at least 2 weeks’ notice before scheduled visits. Spring Activation is completed by May 31 and Winterization is completed by December 15, weather permitting. Backflow Testing is completed by the client’s annual due date, provided the due date is supplied.
Billing, After-Hours, and Emergency
Service pricing is billed at current member rates unless otherwise stated. Requested after-hours or Saturday work is billed at 1.5 times current member rates and must be scheduled ahead of time. Emergency rates are billed at 2 times current member rates and may apply after hours or during the day if a crew is pulled off regular work. All billed time includes drive time from the original location back to the original location.
Payment Terms
Residential clients must have a credit card on file. Commercial clients should have a credit card on file or another approved payment method. For services beyond prepaid selections, credit cards are automatically charged 2 business days after the invoice is sent. Clients with multiple properties pay one annual membership fee covering all enrolled properties, though this form is for a single property enrollment.
Terms & Conditions
This is an annual agreement that automatically renews each February 1 after payment of the membership fee. Renewal invoices and annual rate notices are sent by January 1, with updated pricing effective February 1. Cancellation requires written or emailed notice and is effective once received and acknowledged. The yearly membership fee is non-refundable. Mist'er Rain may cancel a membership at any time, and memberships cannot be paused.
Ferry tolls, water purveyor submission fees, parking fees, and similar pass-through charges are billed to the client, and all invoices are subject to applicable Washington State and local taxes. Invoices are due upon receipt. Balances outstanding beyond 30 days are subject to a 1.5% or $15 monthly fee, whichever is greater. Scheduling of future services may be postponed for non-payment. Unless included in the membership, the client is responsible for maintaining the controller schedule.
Clients must provide access on the service day, including unlocked gates, secured pets, and accessible controller and power. If Mist'er Rain arrives and cannot perform service due to lack of access, a trip fee may apply.
